I'm Taking A Step Back
As most of you are well aware by now, Muslims all around the world are celebrating the Hari Raya Haji that began from this Monday onwards. Just like many of the other Islamic traditions, any celebration would always begin with a mass congregation of prayers in the early morning.
I have been to many of these congregations all my life but I have never subjected it under the purview of my own lens. So this week, I did just that and what came out of it is this following short photo essay. In this photo essay, it presents to you my analysis on how such massive congregations take place within a wider context/environment and how both of it interacts with one another.
